To return an item(s) please visit the following page to initiate a return. All returns will be processed within two business days.
An email will be sent to you with a store credit code. This credit may be used on any product and is valid for six months from issuance. To use your store credit, checkout as you normally would and enter your store credit number in the discount code field. The credit must be used all at once. For example if the credit is for $100 you must purchase an item or items that equal $100 or more.
Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Unless originally paid by customer, return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Sale items are ineligible for return.
Order Cancellation, Damaged Product & Refused Packages
If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund. If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if products received are damaged or have a defect. Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty, issued a store credit and customer will forfeit any gift cards or special discount codes.
