Shipping & Returns
Most standard orders are delivered within 4-7 business days within the US, with a 1-3 business day processing time.
Expedited delivery is available at checkout.
Some brands may have an extended processing period of 5-10 business days which will be indicated on the product page.
Temporary COVID 19 policy: All sales are final and no returns are permitted at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your dress purchase you may send your item(s) for return within 3 days of receipt. We provide a store credit as long as the product is received in new condition with the original tags still attached.
All sales are final after 3 days of receiving your package.
Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout. All products on sale are final sale and not returnable.
Please note: if a discount code is used at the time of purchase the item(s) cannot be returned.
To return an item(s) please visit the following page to initiate a return. All returns will be processed within two business days.
An email will be sent to you with a store credit code. This credit may be used on any product and is valid for six months from issuance. To use your store credit, checkout as you normally would and enter your store credit number in the discount code field. The credit must be used all at once. For example if the credit is for $100 you must purchase an item or items that equal $100 or more.
Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Unless originally paid by customer, return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Sale items are ineligible for return.
Order Cancellation, Damaged Product & Refused Packages
If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund. If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if products received are damaged or have a defect. We will be happy to exchange your item once received and inspected. Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty, issued a store credit and customer will forfeit any gift cards or special discount codes.
